Brian flew to Scottsdale to woo me and bought us Billy Joel tickets GREAT NIGHT! And we started our romance at Jim & Pam's Cave Creek AZ private backyard Casa. This Picture was taken on our first hike at Desert Mountain. Thank you Jim and Pam. We LOVE YOU!

Donna had an all-day Zoom Conference for work so Brian was on his own. Here's his story....so he's sitting next to Donna's mom and Becky (Donna's Sister-in-Law) asks "how did you meet, what's the story, how long have you known Donna, YOU"RE DOING WHAT moving her to Michigan?" Donna's Mom turns and says "Sounds good to me" then she told the story of her and Donna's dad getting married 3 months after they met - she said "When you know you know!" THANKS MOM!

Donna flew to Michigan and celebrated her birthday with me at the Prime and Proper Restaurant downtown Detroit that I had set up. Then Donna called Marcy (one of her realtor friends) and Marcy showed us 12 houses and Donna BOUGHT a CONDO!

BRIAN said "YEAH, she's moving here! OK I better get busy!"

Elza is one of Donna's besties! Donna warned me to be on my best behavior because if there was anyone who would know if I was a great fit or not for Donna, it was Reggie and Elza! I PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS! They even said thank god you're here, you're exactly what we would have wanted for Donna!

On this trip we planned our Move to Michigan and got inspired by the sunset at Morada Bay Beach Club and Pierre's Restaurant. We even talked about having our wedding there (until we asked the cost, 100 people was 80k) LOL Yeah, we're not spending our money that way!

Thanks Kimberly and Steve Genovese for BEING our Chaperones on this fun in the sun trip! This was definitely the beginning of our "Toes in the Sand" Wedding creation!

Key West, Snorkeling and Wining/Dining was off the hook! Thank You Jim and Pam for offering up your condo with Bay and Ocean Views for us to play !!!!

Brian & Josh & Audra packed the UHAUL that July weekend while Donna was leading a Communication Course in Florida. Once Donna returned and we were about to leave Brian said " I've got one more thing I need to tell you, Donna (then he dropped the bomb!) I have debt." Donna proceeded to take a walk around the block and I was sweating it out! How I know I love this woman is she came back and said " We're going to create a game during these 5 days of driving across America." AND what got created was THE GAME OF THE CENTURY titled "Zero is my best friend" We are that anything can be resolved in COMMUNICATION!

Ladies and Gentlemen even when life throws you challenges, we all have the power to

As a tradition the Deming family do a Corn Roast in Sept of each year! This was our first Corn Roast where I got to introduce her to the Deming side of my family. Donna got to hang with Brian's dad including Olivia Brian's daughter and Michael's family Brian's brother.

Donna said "this reminded her of her family's traditions of a yearly Family Reunion where they do Pig Pickins!" Both are weird for anyone not from NC or MI!!!!!

And she loved it!

So he called said get ready I'm coming to take you out. Pack your bags for overnight. I said "What, What about Lucky boy (our dog)?" Brian says "Doron is going to take care of him" I say REALLY! ------Fast Forward -----we're at Motor City Casino and I think Brian's showing me his company's new project and as I reach the Top Balcony of Amnesia Club there are Roses and a box! YES a BOX! He got down on one knee !

I said YES!

Wow! He has two amazingly beautiful daughters. Korina the creative one, we will definitely see on Broadway! And Olivia the Intellectual one, will be the next Ruth Bader Ginsburg! She is about to graduate and really could do anything! Both ladies are Smart and Engaging! Love them both!

It was the first day of November and it snowed 11 inches!

I remember saying to Brian " I thought you said it isn't that cold in November?" RIGHT!!!!!!

We'll we ended up doing our Christmas card photo shoot and all's well that ends well! LOL

After Brian and I had really let our hair grow, I was diagnosed with stage 2 Breast Cancer on March 16th. The same day that Governor Whitmer of Michigan shut everything down. Once I had my 2nd round of Chemo, Literally, my Hair Fell off on the Pillow and I went BALD. It took less than 2 days. This was the beginning of a long chemo, surgery and radiation ride!

THANK YOU GOD for giving me strength! AMEN!

THANK YOU Mom, Gary Reavis, Norma Armstrong, Nancy Hill and most of all Brain Deming my Saint!

Because we both didn't have hair, I requested Brian to allow his hair to grow so I could see it. One shot shows the goatee, one has side burns, one was a beard and one he let the sides grow long. Ultimately, I ended up loving him BALD!

COVID gave us the right to experiment on hair growth!

LOL

I was going CHEMO CRAZY, so we all took COVID tests and Brian and I flew to Palm Springs to meet up with Gary, Jay, James, Cash and Hailey. We never told anyone because my doctor would had an conniption fit!

But Brian knew I needed it! We got to cook, play cards, sleep, sunbath and play in the pool with Cash (Hailey and James's son) and Stevie (Gary's Dog) that was an amazing retreat from Chemo!

Again I was just coming out of surgery and all the Chemo stuff and one of my Raleigh friends gave us their BEAUTIFUL Ocean Isle Beach getaway for a New Year's Eve gift. We relaxed and watched the waves - what the doctor ordered and what we needed!

We went to see Audra, Josh, CF, Warren, Michelle, Chuck, Jim and Pam in Cave Creek, Sedona we saw Margaret Joy aka Judy Maloney. Hiking, Wining and Dining what we needed some Good Friends! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

This was at the height of my CEO job with Keller Williams. We were HOT feeling good and ready to roll!!!!

We celebrated Alison's 40th Birthday! It was a little cold but dancing on the boat and all the alcohol helped! Strange things were happening in the Airbnb, I got sick so did Lucy (the dog) found out later the Airbnb had Mold! UGGGG!!!! But the Trip was FUN! Don't worry we both recovered!

We did a Airbnb Seminar with Robin Thompson in Branson Missouri. Boy did we see Middle America LOL! Bad food but we stayed in a Incredible Hotel - Chateau on the Lake Resort. Meet some Detroit flippers and got trained!

In between Brian's change of jobs from MIG Construction as President to Vice President at Kramer Management Group, we went on another relaxing Florida Keys trip.

The Boat ride and swimming pool was a real hit this trip! THANKS again! Jim and Pam!

Friday Date Night we realized we LOVE OUR LAKE HOUSE LOVE SHACK LIFE!

We started building our legal wedding website and feel so in LOVE again by reliving with all of YALL our LOVE STORY!!!!
